About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Software Engineer to help us build modern, accessible, and reliable solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. You will work on a variety of projects including AI integrations, cloud systems, and custom web applications.

What You’ll Do

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React and Next.js
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js, Python, or similar languages
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL
• Integrate AI features using modern tools and APIs
• Collaborate with our team to plan, design, and deliver client projects
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure code quality
• Contribute to a simple, clear, and efficient development process

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with React, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with backend frameworks and REST APIs
• Knowledge of SQL databases (Postgres preferred)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations is a plus
• Able to work independently and communicate clearly
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts in simple terms
